2) Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to All contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between the seller and customers via this online shop.
Divergent terms from the customer do not apply unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
3) Conclusion of Contract
The products shown in the online shop do not represent a legally binding Sale but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button to complete the order, the customer submits a binding Sale to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as the seller confirms the order by Email or dispatches the goods.
The contract can be concluded in German or English.
4) Age Restriction
Sales are made exclusively to persons of legal age.
By completing the order, the customer confirms that they have reached the legally required minimum age.
5) Prices and Payment Terms
The stated prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise indicated.
Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the order process.
The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.
6) Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer bears the resulting costs.
Information on delivery times is non-binding unless expressly stated as binding.
7) Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
8) Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9) Liability
The seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, the seller is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
10) Applicable Law
All legal relationships between the seller and the customer are governed by the law of Malta, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a consumer with habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
11) Jurisdiction
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office in Malta.
The seller is also entitled to bring an action at the customer's general place of jurisdiction.
12) Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

The seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
