CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM

Consumers are entitled to a Right of Withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us (Elevated Enterprises s.r.o.) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or Email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you All payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from you choosing a different type of delivery than the standard, most economical delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The Right of Withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not a member of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of contract conclusion is outside the European Union.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the goods are adequately protected from transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

The cancellation can be made informally via Email or by post. Please include your order number and full name.
