§1 Applicability to Consumers and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to All deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.
(2) The consumer can pay in advance, by "Invoice with Klarna," or "Pay immediately with Klarna."
(3) If the consumer chooses to pay in advance, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.
(4) If the consumer chooses "Invoice with Klarna" as the payment method, payment must be processed via the payment provider Klarna, as described in Klarna's payment window. The consumer must pay the invoice amount to Klarna within the period specified by Klarna. Payment is made under the terms agreed between the consumer and Klarna as the payment processor. (5) If the consumer chooses "Pay immediately with Klarna" as the payment method, payment must be processed via the payment provider Klarna, as described in Klarna's payment window. Payment is made under the terms agreed between the consumer and Klarna as the payment processor. §4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, All items offered by us are ready for shipment immediately and will be dispatched no later than the first working day after the order is placed. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 days after receipt of payment (that is, for prepayment, from the time the money is received in our Account, or for all other payment methods, as soon as the order is placed).However, this depends on the shipping provider (DHL) and there may occasionally be delays.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The Right of Withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, to the following contracts: contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund you All payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the lowest-priced standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
